Died: 1-Mar-2018   Billy was born in Sandstone, MN.
After graduation from Sandstone high school in 1952, he enlisted in the US Navy and served his country until 1956. After his discharge, he attended Dunwoody college of technology.
He married the love of his life, Barbara Cottrell, on October 11, 1958. Upon his retirement from Burnsville school district they moved to Bullhead City, AZ.
